ELEVATOR COUNTER GROUP
5-channel cork stopper counter with variable production from 30,000 to 50,000 corks per hour, for corks with a diameter of 24 to 31 mm, with different lengths. The unit is composed of an elevator with a food-grade polyurethane cork transport belt with paddles and a bottom-loading hopper 850X850 mm, with a capacity of approximately 5,000 corks based on the diameter (250 l.), an upper head with a cork hopper-conveyor controlled by a timed photocell and a gearmotor for constant maintenance of the corks to be used. From the conveyor, the corks are channeled into 5 tubes; counting occurs via 5 independent photocells to check the presence of corks and is memorized by the electronic pre-selection counter. The movement of the cork for counting occurs via a pneumatic cylinder that works automatically only if all the photocells read the presence of corks in the channels. The machine is equipped with a regulation for the adaptation of the height of the caps, a device for fixing the bags and an adjustable bag support. Automatic operation management.
