Elevator Orientator Stamping Machine
Elevator with bottom loading hopper, caps transport to the upper head via polyurethane belt and their insertion into the two-way exchanger that conveys them to the orienter on a mobile support. The caps that do not need to be oriented go directly from the exchanger to the stamping machine via piping.
The stamping of the heads is done by two special cliché holders with built-in pneumatic microcylinders. Stamping on the side by rolling the cap on the surface of the cliché.
Heating the plates with propane gas nozzles.
Stamping heads and sides, heads only or sides only, without making any changes.
Hourly production: 10,000 caps/hour for oriented caps
Hourly production: 13,000 caps/hour for non-oriented caps
