ELECTRONIC AND PNEUMATIC ORIENTATION GROUP, EQUIPPED WITH VISION SENSOR. MADE ENTIRELY IN AISI304 STAINLESS STEEL.
The unit is composed of a top-loading hopper, 550x550, at a height of approximately 1300 mm from the ground floor, with a capacity of approximately 2,000 caps depending on the diameter, hopper cover with sheet metal door; gearmotor and deflector to channel the caps into the feed tube of the underlying orientor.
The orientor is equipped with a touch screen panel for machine settings.
The orientation system is electronic and pneumatic; after orientation, the caps are sent back through a pneumatic cylinder into the pipe that feeds the user machine. A timed photocell is connected to the end of the pipe to keep the caps constantly in the capper.
The integrated vision sensor recognizes any type of stamping ON ONLY ONE OF THE HEADS (NOT THE SIDE).
Complete with transparent nylon tubing from the orientor to the capper.
Variable production up to 4,000 caps/hour for caps with diameters from 24 to 28 mm, length from 44 to 60 mm
