ELECTRONIC AND PNEUMATIC ORIENTATOR SINGLE CAPS WITH A RETURN ENTIRELY MADE OF AISI304 STAINLESS STEEL.
The unit is composed of a top-loading hopper, 550 x 550 mm, at a height of approximately 1300 mm from the ground floor, with a capacity of approximately 2,000 caps, hopper cover with sheet metal door, gearmotor and defogger to channel the caps into the feed pipe of the underlying guider.
The orientation system is electronic and pneumatic; after orientation, the caps are returned by a pneumatic piston into the pipe that feeds the user machine (capping machine). A timed photocell is connected to the end of the pipe to keep the caps constantly in the capping machine.
Variable production up to 4,000 caps/hour.
The orienter can also orient caps without heads, the important thing is that they have a chamfer on one of the heads.
The group can feed the capping machine with normal non-oriented caps with the same production.
